Trading Terms
1. Introduction
1.1 These Trading Terms apply to all purchases of products and services (each a “Service” or collectively “Services”) from our Site. By ordering from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legal agreement between you and us. Any changes to these Terms require our consent. You can print a copy of these Terms via your browser’s print function.
1.2 If there are separate terms linked from the homepage, those will take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.
1.3 We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders made before the update.
2. Ordering
2.1 You can place an order by following the on-screen prompts after selecting a Service. You will have a chance to review and correct your order before final submission.
2.2 All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may reject an order for any reason without liability.
2.3 Once accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email when we dispatch your products. The contract is formed upon this confirmation unless we notify you otherwise or you cancel the order.
2.4 If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to decide whether to wait or cancel.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices shown on the Site are in GBP (£), excluding VAT and shipping. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
3.2 Prices may change before order acceptance but not afterward.
3.3 Orders must be paid in full before acceptance.
3.4 If a price error occurs, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Delivery/Shipping
4.1 We aim to deliver your order promptly once accepted.
4.2 Deliveries will be made to the address you provide.
4.3 Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may require a signature.
4.4 Once delivered, ownership and risk pass to you, except where items are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
5. Cancellations and Returns
5.1 You may cancel your order, or part of it, within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except where exclusions apply.
5.2 To cancel, notify us with your details and order reference or return the goods following our guidelines.
5.3 We will refund all payments including standard shipping costs, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. Refunds may be withheld until goods are returned.
5.4 You cannot cancel if:
Audio, visual recordings, or software packaging has been opened.
Goods are perishable or sealed for hygiene once unsealed.
Items are made to your specifications or personalized.
Services have been downloaded or streamed.
Items are inseparably mixed with others.
Exceptions apply if goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
5.5 Returns must be made within 14 days of cancellation but no later than 28 days after delivery. We recommend secure packaging, including the returns note, and using insured, trackable shipping.
5.6 This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Faulty Services
6.1 If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate under your legal rights. Please contact us if this occurs.
6.2 Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
7. Service Information
7.1 We try to accurately show product colors and details but cannot guarantee exact representation due to monitor differences.
7.2 Some promotions may be store-only or online-only and may not qualify for loyalty points or discounts.
7.3 Size guides are for reference only. Contact us if unsure about sizing before ordering.
8. Orders Outside the United Kingdom
8.1 If accessing the Site from outside the UK, you must comply with local laws. We do not guarantee product availability or legality in other countries.
8.2 Please contact us before ordering outside the UK, as customs duties, taxes, and import regulations may apply, for which you are responsible.
9. Security
9.1 Our Site uses secure servers to protect your data during ordering.
9.2 During checkout, your data is encrypted. You cannot place orders unless secure mode is active.
9.3 Do not send payment details to us by email. We are not liable for losses via unsecured communication.

10.1 We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
10.2 You are responsible for how you use the Services. We accept no liability for unforeseeable or business-related losses beyond legal limits.

12. General
12.1 Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms.

12.3 English law governs these Terms, and disputes will be dealt with in English courts unless you live elsewhere in the UK, where local laws and courts apply.
12.4 No third party has rights under this agreement.
12.5 We may delay enforcing the agreement but retain the right to enforce later.
